Believe me they are doing your a favour,this lot are just trying to rip more money out of everyone.

Their next trick will be to sell clone boxes that will be cheaper than original SV boxes but updates will be hard to come by,best to move on.

If the dish is OK go for the sat route,Blade 7000 is a good box and a sub can be got for about the same price as the SV.

take a look on fleabay you can get a sat box with 12month free gift for same price as s/vor k/v

starview 7 site now working again but my box is not working yet ,off for 3weeks keep saying 48hours and now its days ???

i did try the dish last year one of my mates connected an hd box up to the sky dish and all the channels came on, ie sly sports, espn, films, everything so do you think i just need a box, but we cannot remember which box he used

thanks for the reply jonpc, i am new to all this so bear with me, what box do you reccomend is it a blade7000 hd, once again thanks for your help

The Blade box is good gut others will also do the job and maybe a little cheaper.
The Blade is easy to set-up with plenty firmware updates not heard any bad reports,check out the stickys in Blade section.

I recieved a email from STARVIEW on the 9/10/12 saying my sub will expire in 3 weeeks time & i need to get new sub. But my sub don't expire till 19/3/13 & 23/3/13 i've sent about 10 emails some to MYSTARVIEW & some to KIDDY the way i look at it is these guy have taken the money & done one everyone need to get in touch with PAYPAL & get your money back.THESE BOXES ARE NEVER COMMING BACK ON & THESE PEOPLE ARE
NEVER TO BE TRUSTED AGAIN
