Kriptview delay loading channels

I have a problem with my KV.

When I switch on my KV, it takes about 45 mins to get the channels to work
(only BBC1/2/ITV/CH4/5 works as soon as I switch on the box).

Is this normal?

All other channels appear to work after about 45 mins but is there anything else I can do to correct this problem?

Tried re-starting router and KV with no luck. Also using the latest firmware.

Anyone else has this issue and know hot to fix?

More like a fault with the net feed not the box,does the PC internet connection also take 45 min.

are you using a lan connection or wifi.

power off box modem and router on rear for 30 seconds then power it on might clear any faults.
