hi any help plz cant connect to cs line all has been fine for a month or so then this weekend switched of box came home yesterday and service is disconnected email contact who assured me his end is working finetold me to check connection reboot router etc which i have done and still nothing tried another 24 hr test but wont connect so have not got a clue now any ideas and help appreciated .......Sad

try reinstalling your firmware i have had the same problem with mine and i just did a factory reset reinstalled everything and its fine or try just rolling back your firmware
