renewal is this a scam

hi i got email to renew my c_lines i folowed the link and paid ..
and was taken to a page to down load from tradebit what looks like some sort of word ecel program...
wouldnt they of just sent the c-lines in an email ...or do i have to instal this program ?
i have emailed but have not had reply yet ...think ive been scammed

its ok nobby got keys in email ..just seemed strange the way it was done ..got to admit i was panicking though
