Hi Guys

Wow, discovered you guys last night and have been reading for almost 24hrs now, I have discovered the answers to most of my questions as I went along but would now like some input if you don't mind.

My main question is, if you had a choice of going cable or dish which would you do in terms of being reliable, seems cable has more issues with KW and SV right now but not sure about Dish?

If you went Dish as far as CS goes what would be the best basic box to use, not worried right now about HD or PVR unless the cost wasn't much more over a standard box. What's the peoples choice of box to use right now? I am really looking for a box without much agro as its going to be used for pretty much slingboxing and I won't have much access to it that often.

Is it hard to find a good CS server (PM's please) ? What might one be expecting to pay for good service over a year?

That should get me started, thank you. OT

Can anyone please help, feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall, I don't want to buy a turkey box. Any recommendation for a good starter box for Sat SCing?
