Channels not working

Some of my channels seem to not work, Star News doesnt work at all while the sky sport channels dont work aswell some say no or bad signal. Ive tried different servers but they still dont work, ive also tried a re scan but still no. All the connections are checked and re checked, the wifi router is working fine. Also the level is at 85% while the Quality ranges from 60% to 70%. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
