Well my box does not expire to next month, and it's gone down today with that login message stating yesterday date on it. So whats with these dumb assholes, it's hardly the kind of service one would want to subscribe to.

ive done lots of registrations for mtself and friends and its been fine when u fill in the support and push submit it looks as if nowt has happened but it does go and u get a reply u need a paypal account 2 pay for it

I should not have to pay anything till next month when my box is due to expire.

I got my box last December, and according to the expiry date it's the 23rd October. That means they have already ripped me off for 2 months, and by cutting the service now, means they have ripped me off for yet another month.

Are we gonna get the same sort of treatment after paying for an extra 6 or 12 months.
