7 day EPG? Empty 7 day EPG?

I gather there is now a 7 day epg, I have loaded the latest firmware, and as I understand it you have to have the 7dayEPG channel at the start and finish of your channel list - how do you do this - or has any wizard out ther got the Astra channels set with this as a patch?
