Hi can anyone help, I am missing quite a few channels still. SKY 1, movies etc and was just wondering if anyone can help and advise me how \I can get these back on. Unless everyone is missing these still.

I appreciate what I have as a few are better than nothing at all but if anyone can help that would be great Very Happy

It more than likely if SS.3 is offf SS1 will be off as both use the same TP.

It may be a local problem

my sv 7 saying not connected was ok last night aint sure if box gome down. lancs area ? anyone else having same problem? ive reste router etc etc not done a rescan tho

There is problems in some areas with the SV boxes you are not alone.
Strange it is unusual from some to work and some not,so it may be area faults with VM
Is the VM boxes working in your area.?
Try to reboot the box, modem and router
