s/w updates through the lan and dont touch anything till box reboots.then factory reset and rescan with lan removed load channels then insert lan and reboot box modem and router

There is talk/rumour that old firmware will be switched off tonite.
Best to update now to prevent blank screens

hi guys updated my box few days ago.every thing was workin fine.been gettig trouble with skysp 2 so done a F/D on the box scan everything but no channel come on is there sumet i done wrong or its down at the momnt.am in midlands plz help......
