Most likely it does need rescan,scan without the splitter

Check you are using the correct Net ID ,from VM box Settings - Tech Stuff

hi, i rescanned but still no good.
Found network id, but when you go onto search it comes up with about 40+ id's that say they already exist and goes straight onto channel search with no chance to select net id.
Did factory reset and has now added the net id i needed and then scanned.
Is it right that i have loads of duplicate channels ie: 10 itv1 channels and loads of other duplicated ones.
I reset router and have most channels on list but no sly spts news and e4. Is it because the channels have been duplicated and sitting elsewhere in the channel list?.

The channel list is what is available at this time,I belyeve you have the full list
The duplicate chammels you have appear on all boxes after channel 816: B4U Music.
There is no SSN at the moment

any idea how many t/ps are up and running,
i scanned today and noticed sky sports news was on 22 of 54 transponders along with 4/5 other scrambled channels
seems signal is down a bit as well today

Lost me, SSN is on one TP 275000 in my area.

Sorry, although 275.000 is the frequency in my area it is not broadcast on KV as yet

hi all, are there problems today with sly spts, espn and various other channels. mine keep scrambling about every 15-20 mins then back on again. thanks

probs all the time at the moment m8 aint nothing we can do about it though i know as well as you how frustrating its gettin m8 but hey we knew wot were gettin into with these boxes iguess its the long waitin game till they get back up n runnin properly sorry cam

i presume you have the jan firmware on your box?

i was able to watch ss2 and espn 2day no bother,
ss1 crap but its better than 3 weeks ago when we had zilch ,give the k/v team time so sort out the issues

any ideas about the h/d box as your seeing a lot more h/d channels coming up

Most of you guys do a factory reset and rescan at the drop of a hat WHY there is no need ,six months last one for me.
Most of the problems are the boxes are still being updated by KV.
Other problem will be bad connections mosty likely cheap splitters.
