not like this,but dont forget this is all new to people,i will say snooze mode

one of the other forums i use are saying one of their guys who is a main distributor of boxes and is invovled in server was arrested and released today, we can only hope the k/v team have another server up and running soon

This will take time I assume as the S/V box was off for a while, but this is at least back on so fingers crossed that we have this up and running anytime soon ?

lol no m8 i know both owners (importers of both boxes) sounds abit headed but neather will last to long m8, stick with the other side the 1 in the s k y m8 safer and not to public.

lets hope we are all safe m8 my old s/v1 gave me 4 good yrs but i think they are run by a differant outfit now k/v may last who knows m8 when yer in this game never take owt for granted lets just hope we all have long and happy viewing

hi ray it makes no difference m8 if you hade your box 6weeks or six yrs m8.you no the score with them YOU PAY YOUR MONEY YOU TAKE A CHANCE.
but you need to do nothing m8 when all cards are running it will all be back on for you.

Did the box work with all channels before shutdown.?
If so turn off both box and modem then reboot

Which channels do you have now remember all channels are not back on as yet

Are you using the correct Net ID.
Check ,if you have a VM sub box (one you pay a monthly subscription to VM) press - Settings - Tech Stuff - Net ID is the top one.

all chanels worked before shut down....
i have rebooted the box and modem and no further chanels have come on....

the chanels i have at the moment are - sky sports 1, 2 and 3 , and tcm movies only!

and quite a few basic chanels.

Is there anythink else i can try or do? or is it a matter of waiting?

what is the best district to go into... as i live near warrington. at the moment im on the manchester 1 district. ANY ADVICE PLEASE?

is anyone else suffering with short freezing spells on most channels in teeside area

same here in black country mate just got to grin and bear it whilst they working on server

I find i have to do a factorty reset everyday, then i get the sports channels , factual, entertainment etc; apart from the movies other than TCM..anybody elses having the sme?..

There is no movies as yet.
Try switching the power search OFF
Menu - System Settings -Other Settings - Power Search Mode - OFF
Presume it's on.
