box down after update

hi, i have a kryptview A780.i updated the box today as the screen was freezing but now all i 've got is a blank screen with the box showing no. 0 and not responding.
anyone got a clue how to fix this.

any idea how long this is down for mine still off at moment
is it server problem or something serious

any1 with any info as to problem checked with virmin and they dont seem to have any problems

Lots of rumours going round,the main player been caught,the server is down,there will most likely be more

Mine down too - no channels as at 18:45PM -

still down at this time ,sub working ok ,fear the worst
is this certain areas or nationwide ? let us know please

hi guys after trawlin round a load of other sites the news is not good but it is still ony rumours at the moment all we can do is wait and see

The main player has been arrested and servers taken, don't look good,this appears to be true.

The uplink servers are in the UK,the main servers not in this country ,similar to the SV problem lets hope for the same solution.

agree with jonpc i have also heard k/v guy aressted and server taken,could be cat and mouse game with s/v and k/v who knows.s/v comes back on and k/v goes down...just got wait and see

had me kv a week now lol oh well risk u take least me sterview working at present,, its only money

from another site,

kv person arrested and released, no charges.
local relay servers shut down as a precaution

confirming the above. just got off phone with person close to kv.
couple of kv people were arrested and released on bail.
servers shut down for obvious reasons.
