affraid Hi can anyone help please, I have purchased a Kryptview A780 and the box came already flashed. When pickiing up the network area there was two I could pick from and I dont know if I chose correctly as I only have 1 movie channel, no SKY ONE and no BBC amongst others.

How can i re pick my network ? do I need to reflash the box ?

Hi Adamina just go to installation and pick your other network but try it without splitters

HI when i go to the installation bit, it doesnt come up with Network search just a TP search. Can you explain more on the splitters please, currently it just one splitter one to the box and one to the modem.

Installation>automatic search>network choose yours ntl cw ect using the arrows> channel search network >press green button
connect your cable feed direct to box without splitter

If you have a VM sub press Settings - Tech Stuff - Net ID is first on the list.

always factory reset first 0000 to delete,then power off at back for 30 secs,then on,remove lan and scan from direct feed,when channels are loaded insert lan and reboot all units.
