kryptview freeze every 2mins

hi

looking for some help here. got a780 got latest firmware. since tuesday every channel except free to air freezes after every 2mins then comes back. thought it was my net but it seems fine as i'm on it all the time. rescanned all channels and still get same problem. any ideas please?

paid particular attention to this to see if i can spot any patterns. it seems to be doing it actually every 30seconds. it drops to the scrambled no video screen then after10 seconds come back.

tried everything i can think off but still no luck.

any help gratefully received.

hi pr3tty did yer box start doin this after you updated the software if so go back to usin the old software as tthey rekon some of the older boxes have a problem with the latest software

sounds like a bad signal problem

Try a direct connection from the modem to box.
Check all connections, change connections where possible, eg splitter
Make sure correct Net ID is being used, this can be found on VM sub box (Settings - Tech Stuff- Top of section

Just want to report back on this. Eventually tracked It down that my net performance was poor as packets were being dropped constantly when just pinging BBC for instance. Engineer came and changed cable modem all back to normal.
