new box

got my box set up but at network scan<network id i only get already exists about ten times
any ideas

Is the firmware installed.?
Check your sub box for Net ID some areas have changed since Nag3
Sub box (VM box you pay for) press up/down button front of box for Net ID.
Remote - TV Guide - Settings - Tech Stuff - Net ID = ?????

it was a bad connection .maybe help others if you get[alredy exists ]for your network id
rescan on main feed
all id came on picked area and scanned, reset router plugged in ethernet on it came

sometimes if you factory reset and power off at back for a min it deletes all info and start again from scratch works.
