is server down

hi guys sorry to be a pain in the butt all my channels exept fta gone off just wondered if server was down if not any suggestions

It appears some areas where down today and some where OK.
Update the box to 9/9/10 firmware if not already done so,no need for cables just use remote.
Menu - Installation - 0000 - S/W Update

thanx for the reply jonpc got another problem now every time i try to switch channels it wont let me until i go int catogries exampe iwill be watchin slysports then the kids will want disney channel box wont let me switch till i go int catogries

Presume you mean when using number digits

Seen that happen before.appears to be when the box is on one channel for a time.
Press the channel up/down then the number digits,
or
A number in the same category section first.
or
You may have to reboot
