new BT freqs

Going mental ,can`t get them at all tried every scan auto,blind,pid,manual ,had them as nos now playing feckin music ! done my brothers box with same freqs his fine !
   Help please

Hi jon thanks for the reply,have those freqs but it won`t let me scan !"TP exists" auoto can`t change SR, other 3 wont scan when i put all in
 Ps deleted all channels,rebooted box/modem in case

Try deleting the said TPs and then add again with correct S/R, a auto scan should then pick up the channels.

Me again ,got tps s/rs sorted but getting nothing,espn had since start and working fine.Got pids from king o sat but will not scan any, ideas pls

bthd same ,proper tp sr nothing.  53220-60 caption playing musac will try other nos but sure i tried every combo

When you say that your not getting BT channels are they scrambled, if so check with your service provider.

Had 2 cards running and got e test yesterday,nothing.BT 1&2 every thing correct,epg lit up ,no picture or sound .Hd just logo and music but mosaic shows what`s live ,so signal there  ?  bt espn ok
Signals 11.081 very poor low 20s level and all red. Had it!!! other channels fine and i have a little stick coming Sat give me all.Over a week lost and years off life,thanks anyway chas

Had thought that the tuner maybe on it's way out but other channels using the same TP are fine, on the off chance your dish has moved slightly take the box to your brothers to check.

No leave at moment,to many probables,why only bt?why video on mosaic? see what happens champions league night.monahoops!!

Update,found Bthd then it moved freqs again !!
   Had sat engineer out,checked dish,(fixed)and line back to stb,no problems.Signal for bt-premier-sentanta-ruk,red low 20s.he said box needs reflashed?
     Ordered a bm5000s ,when up and running my daughter can have this box,as all other programs fine except ones i want

a place called kingofsat keeps people up to date with sat channel movement.

20 is low as 28.2 is usually a strong 90+ unless your  nearing edge of  sat beam
