free sat, sky & cable

Hi very new to the site and have the following problem, have a sv7 HD Combo Lan. Have the Carling 1,04 and have found the cable channels, but no sky or free sat. No channels work at this time except the usual FTA BBC1 etc.
Any help with this would be appreciated if you require any further information please let me know.

(ive spent the last couple of days asking questions and the members are very helpful). but whilst reading all the comments and advice im almost certain that that question has been asked before.

Have loaded the 0712.UAD, but unable to locate any channels. Checked settings in Key-Edit all set to on, any ideas.
